Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the proportional difference for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No penalties.
Yes, cancel whenever you want. No annual contracts, no minimum commitments. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After canceling, you have 30 days to export all your data in CSV before it's permanently deleted.
Prices are in USD and charged in US dollars through Stripe. If you pay with a Mexican, Colombian or Argentine credit card, your bank applies the exchange rate of the day. We don't currently charge in local currencies directly.
