Klyver holds sensitive data: CVs, interview notes, candidate emails, fee amounts. This page says what we do to protect it and what we don't do yet. If something here is blocking a purchase, email security@klyver.io.
The candidates, CVs, notes and invoices you upload are your content. We don't sell it, we don't train models on it, and we don't share it across accounts. You can export everything to CSV whenever you want, and delete your account with its data whenever you want.
The database is backed up automatically and regularly. The service uptime target is 99.5% monthly. During an extended outage you'll see it on status.klyver.io and we'll reach out.
Klyver relies on third-party providers to run: hosting and database, transactional email, payment processing, an AI provider for CV parsing and agents, and product analytics. The list with names and purpose is available under NDA to customers in evaluation; ask security@klyver.io.
We process personal data in line with Mexico's LFPDPPP and aligned with GDPR principles. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Enterprise-plan customers. Our privacy policy has the detail.
The CV parser, the Sourcing Agent and the other AI features process your data to give you the result you asked for. We don't train models on your content. AI assists; the hiring decision is always human.
If you found something, email security@klyver.io before making it public. We reply within 72 hours and work with you until it's closed. We don't pursue legal action against good-faith research.
We don't have yet: SSO/SAML, SCIM, SOC 2 certification, or HRIS integration (Workday, SAP, BambooHR). They're on the roadmap and prioritized by real customer demand. If your purchase depends on one, tell us and we'll give you a date.
