Encryption in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ in transit. CVs and documents are stored in private S3-compatible buckets with server-side encryption.
Role-based access control
Each user only accesses what their role permits. Hiring Managers see only their positions. Recruiters only see their organization's data.
Time-limited public tokens
Client portal links are generated with cryptographic tokens that expire automatically. No unauthorized access to candidate data.
SOC 2 infrastructure
Built on Appwrite Cloud (US region), which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance and conducts regular security audits.
Data privacy compliance
Compliant with LFPDPPP (Mexico), Law 1581 (Colombia), Law 25.326 (Argentina), LGPD (Brazil) and CCPA (California).
