Methodology: Loss per opening = extra days × daily cost of the role (salary/250). Admin cost = 2.3h/day/recruiter without an ATS → 0.5h/day with Klyver. Savings = time-to-hire reduction + hours recovered − plan cost.

Why these numbers matter.

A recruiter without an ATS spends on average 2.3 hours a day on tasks a system would automate: building progress reports, copying data from emails into spreadsheets, searching by hand through unstructured CVs, coordinating interviews over WhatsApp. Necessary work, but not productive work.

The other cost, which usually goes uncalculated, is candidates going cold while the process drags. A role that should close in 25 days but takes 45 carries 20 days of vacancy cost: the daily salary of the role multiplied by the extra days, plus the cost of the team covering that work in the meantime.

This calculator uses conservative inputs. The measured impact on teams that moved to Klyver was -46% in time-to-hire and 12 hours a week recovered from admin - per team of 3 recruiters.
