Technical screening focuses on decisions only made while operating clusters in production: troubleshooting under pressure, autoscaling design, incident management, and architecture trade-offs. A certification can be an initial filter, but it doesn't replace the evidence of real operational experience we look for in the evaluation.
AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer), Azure (AZ-400, AZ-104), GCP (Professional Cloud Architect), and CKA/CKAD for Kubernetes. We treat them as a complementary signal, not a substitute for technical evaluation.
